My name is Alex, and I am the proud owner of Shogun Sushi. My lifelong aspiration has been to establish a restaurant dedicated to my profound passion for sushi. With 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, my commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences began in 1999, following my family's relocation to the United States. It was during this time, working alongside my parents at a teriyaki restaurant, that my passion for quality food truly blossomed.
The opportunity to acquire Shogun Sushi arose in early 2024. I envisioned a unique transformation for Shogun, aiming to cultivate an immersive atmosphere that transports our guests while they savor innovative flavors crafted from the highest quality ingredients.
